Chase has great technology, but research showed many found it intimidating to use. We tapped into that insight and developed a campaign comparing learning Chase’s digital tools to mastering complex skills.
The campaign spanned film, branded content, how-to videos, a redesigned digital experience, display ads, paid social, influencer content, print, outdoor, and in-branch promotions. I led the creative development from concept through production, collaborating closely on set with director Brian Beletic.
