Cheddr is a modern sports gaming and entertainment app redefining how people engage with live sports. Backed by A16Z’s Speedrun 4, we’re building a bold, intuitive product in a space that’s overdue for change.

We’re hiring a consumer-facing founding designer to lead our full design vision — from UX flow to brand identity. It’s a rare chance to own design from day one, shape the user experience, and build something people love.

What You’ll Do
– Lead end-to-end product design: from wireframes to polished UI
– Build Cheddr’s design system and brand identity
– Work closely with founders and engineers to ship fast
– Rethink how users engage with sports — making it more fun, social, and rewarding
– Create clarity in a fast-paced, 0→1 environment
– Help shape our design culture as we grow

Who You Are
– 9+ years of consumer product design experience, including mobile
– Expert in Figma and mobile-first workflows
– Comfortable setting direction and navigating ambiguity
– Obsessed with clean UX and thoughtful interaction
– Motion/animation skills a plus
– Sports betting experience is a big bonus
