We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Manager with strong video editing skills to join our team and help take our brand to the next level. This is not your typical social media manager role — we want someone who is content-first, fashion-savvy, highly organized, and self-motivated to own our content and outward brand communication.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting ShopMy, LTK, and Substack: creating moodboards, linking products, uploading posts.
* Managing our YouTube channel: editing, posting, and optimizing videos.
* Driving social media growth: creating and posting content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
* Planning and scheduling content: setting weekly and monthly content calendars to keep everything on track.
* Assisting with creative writing: drafting posts, captions, newsletters, and light blog/Substack pieces.
* Staying on top of trends: knowing what’s trending in fashion, beauty, and social media to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Skills we’re looking for:
* Strong video editing skills (both long-form for YouTube and short-form for Reels/TikTok).
* Experience with affiliate platforms like ShopMy and LTK.
* Proven content creation and social media management experience.
* A sharp fashion sense and passion for the fashion industry.
* Highly organized — someone who loves a spreadsheet, Notion board, or calendar.
* Creative writing skills are a major plus.
