As our Studio grows, we’re seeking a dynamic Producer to help execute design programs. Managing the workflow of various interactive projects for our clients and the broader network. Our Producers manage projects from beginning to end – helping to bring ideas to life across mobile, web + digital design, social content, identity design, film + photography, interactive experiences, and more. They are problem solvers that know every detail of any given project and serve as the ‘go-to’ for both clients, sector and Studio teams. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.
Responsibilities
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to evolve creative concepts into clear deliverables across film, web, and social
- Manage production for a range of client sectors including scoping, estimating, timelines, team formation and direction
- Keep projects on track and monitor and enforce project constraints (schedule/scope/resources), through clear task lists, status reports, and meeting notes
- Oversee project finances including managing POs, invoices, and budget reports
- Serve as primary client contact, defining the project vision and strategic requirements and managing expectations
- 3-6 years experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Possibility to extend and/or convert to full-time perm
