What You’ll Do:
Own and evolve Little Spoon’s packaging across new + existing product lines, iterating multiple flavors from one cohesive concept.
Partner with Marketing, Product and Exec leadership to create standout designs that grab attention and make an impact.
Work closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Art Director and design team to concept and execute engaging visuals across channels.
Bring our brand to life with best-in-class packaging, OOH ads, activation + event creative, paid social and direct mail.
Develop and maintain visual identity systems that ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Act as a creative partner to our in-house UX/UI team for digital projects when needed.
Collaborate on brand campaign creative, from packaging to storytelling.

Who You Are:
6+ years of design experience (print + digital) with a strong background in packaging, advertising and deepening brand identity.
Mastery of Adobe Suite & Figma—you know your way around a smart object.
A typography, color and layout aficionado.
Strong mockup + prototyping skills (from concept to final print-ready files to renders and in situ mockups).
Experience in photo retouching and visual storytelling.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
A team player who loves collaboration, takes feedback in stride and is always up for a creative challenge.
Passionate about CPG, food and designing for a brand with personality.
