THE ACT OF BECOMING

I served as the Editor on THE ACT OF BECOMING, a feature-length documentary directed by Jennifer Anderson and Vernon Lott. The story describes the international rediscovery of the 1965 novel "Stoner" written by John Williams. It features candid interviews with literary heavyweights from The New York Times Book Review, The New Yorker, and more.

Work was performed in both independent editing sessions and collaborative settings in Portland, OR and Lewiston, Idaho.

The film premiered at the 2015 CPH:DOX festival in Copenhagen, and the DOXA festival in Canada—two of the world's largest documentary film festivals.
