Online Application Opening (OAO) had several vendors who had their own interface styles. The main goal was to create a more streamlined, device-independent, centralized system for customers to open checking accounts online; it also had to reduce the number of steps, be a complete end-to-end experience, and reinforce the brand relationship.
My task was to rethink the approach and to check all the requirements listed above.
