The Peculiar Sadness of Going to a Music Festival Alone (May 2016)

I flew to Barcelona's Primavera Sound 2016 with a low-end point-and-shoot camera and the intention to create a photo story about my experience at the festival. In turn, I wrote a think piece on modern loneliness in the midst of one of the most crowded social situations in the world: a music festival.
