Pan Con Queso

Pan Con Queso spent years honing their pizza skills with house-pulled cheese and naturally leavened sourdough made with local flour blends. The unparalleled flavors and toppings pay homage to their Mexican and Pacific Islander heritage.

We sought to match the level of craft they've achieved with their brand identity. The logo is inspired by traditional Spanish hand-painted signs while the mural shows depictions of unique flavors and the magic of making pizza—almost like hieroglyphs of deliciousness. In addition to our work on painting the mural, we designed and meticulously painted an A-Frame sign by hand for them, ensuring it complemented the overall aesthetic.

We also photographed their beautifully crafted food and created a variety of marketing assets, all while having a blast bringing this unique piece of Portland pizza history to life in a vibrant visual form.
