Back in 2022/23, I worked with Design Bridge and Partners (Superunion) on a brand identity system for China’s number-one-streamed animated series, The Land of Warriors.
I created a set of floral illustrations and visuals that defined the character of the brand. The flowers were inspired by the flora found in the mystical Starry Forest — a sacred place where characters retreat to advance their souls, as the forest bears witness to their growth.
Alongside various brand activations, the Starry Forest was brought to real life with a series of immersive sets and interactive AI installations. Using the AI platform Stable Diffusion, visitors answered a series of questions to generate their own personalized plants and flowers — each as unique as its creator.
This project won a number of awards internationally.
