Develop a series of artifacts to showcase the visions and insights of workshops developed with industry experts and independent consultants around the future of Health. The artifacts offer persona archetypes and journeys to show attitudes and behaviors around health. The project extended to a client initiative and research about healthcare associates on preventive care. After 4 months of interviews and concept testing for associates, caregivers, patients, and providers, we generated a road map and quick win examples to showcase ways to integrate into their product vision.
