After a series of continued violence, the killing of George Floyd on May 25th, 2020, and the pandemic marked a turning point. Many of us were urged to understand 
our privilege and respond to the need to become socially engaged and active. Our goal as a team was to gather energy inward, seeking to understand the experience of Black practitioners at our firm, the path towards antiracism in our company, and some of the components our research brought up.
