Visual Identity for Artist

We developed the Visual Identity for Lisa Marie Patzer, an amazing visual artist known for her innovative use of technology to create works displayed in light boxes.
Drawing inspiration from the ‘on and off’ nature of the light in her art, we crafted a dynamic design system that mirrors this interplay, a concept reflected throughout her entire identity. To highlight this ‘on and off’ effect, the typography features softened, rounded corners, echoing the way light ‘burns’ away sharpness, softening hard edges just as contrasted light interacts with sharp figures.

The result is a flexible identity that adapts seamlessly across various media, reflecting the conceptual depth and technological aspects of her work.
