As America’s most admired automotive retailer, with the most J.D. Power Dealers of Excellence in the country, AutoNation brought MWI on to perform user experience research. We were tasked with launching a high-quality, easy-to-use check-out process. We conducted ten user experience tests to provide quality, velocity, and communication throughout the project's lifetime. Based on the findings from the UX research, we cranked out a fully improved check-out process for the AutoNation website and the mobile application. This is a testament that using UX research to make informed decisions leads to a more meaningful customer experience. The opportunity to shape and refine their design system was not just a task, but a privilege.
