Menkes Brochure

Menkes is a multi-disciplinary real estate development company specializing in homes and condominiums. They required a unique brochure that would function as a mini travel guide in hopes of attracting potential buyers for their Toronto Waterfront developments. The guide features information on shops, restaurants and bars, parks and beaches located in the area. Whimsical illustrations paired with fun bold typography evoke the carefree lifestyle of the area.
