Revamping the FlowCode® Platform: A Comprehensive Rebranding and Usability Enhancement Project
The project involved a complete overhaul of FlowCode, an enterprise QR code platform. The aim was to strengthen its brand identity and enhance its usability, thereby facilitating a seamless connection between offline fans and the online brand.
Problem
The existing brand image and user interface of FlowCode were not adequately capturing and engaging its target audience. This was hindering the platform's ability to effectively measure campaign ROI and capture essential first-party data.
My Role
As part of the design team, I leveraged my skills in User Research, Prototyping, Brand Strategy, Transactional UX. I played a pivotal role in the platform's rebranding and usability improvements.
Outcomes
The rebranding and usability enhancements significantly boosted the platform's engagement rates. It also improved the effectiveness of capturing first-party data, thereby driving business growth.
