Nativo approached me about building a mark for their yearly all company kick-off. They wanted to capture the vibe of the destination, San Diego, and avoid a stuffy, yacht club look. The logo features a setting sun, palm trees, & waves, all inspired by the coastal, outdoor location. The color reference for the conference palette is a beach sunset, and provides an alternate for the flagship Nativo blue. I also provided some fonts and guidance on typography & photography that could be used across touch points like promotional items, presentation slides, signage, and a landing page. The full creative direction was summarized on a one sheet with a link to all the relevant deliverables.
