Heading into the new year, Chipotle has identified an opportunity to drive Rewards with in-restaurant customers and increase value perceptions around the program that will ultimately drive transactions by introducing a completely free pass to monthly free food Rewards with Freepotle.
For this project, we created in-store and packaging messaging and design in
parallel, working with Chipotle to identify which touchpoints will focus on the evergreen Rewards program and which will promote Freepotle. We applied the messaging across restaurant assets using the new Rewards look and feel design.
In 2023, Chipotle will roll-out the new Rewards assets and start to hype-up Freepotle to in-restaurant customers.
