Spark App - Responsive Dashboard & Native Apps

Working with a team of designers, developers and the team for the client we designed and launch the first pilot for a truly native and responsive application for our client. The app was designed to create a holistic view of health and centralized experience for silver users, aiming to simplify the current and complex health management ecosystem. The goal was to identify key areas of service, pillars, principles, reduce on-boarding issues and improve self-service and data integration.

I worked closely with a team of 4 designers and 12 developers to identify key activities and roadmap. We worked closely with stakeholders to review design systems, functional parameters, prioritize features and discuss potential risks and road blocks.

The experience represented the future of senior health, with a holistic and integrated view of health. Even if it was concern about the user readiness and potential engagement, it was a testing ground and learning process for Cigna and for our team of what was possible.
