Spotify BLK Workforce Development Conference 2021. In 2021, Spotify hosted its third annual BLK Workforce Development Conference, an employee resource group for Black/African-American culture creating engagement through panel discussions, workshops, and performances. The identity system champions themes of homecoming, community, and positivity. Black and white portrait photography is collaged with vivid heritage patterns, torn paper elements, and hand-drawn markings, altogether creating a richly layered, rhythmic palette.
