Cîroc Brand Identity

Bold Modern Taste. Keeping the brand's principles in mind, the newly designed brandmark features a bold, crisp look with slightly expanded sans serif letterforms. The base of the circumflex above the "i" is streamlined to have a horizontal, clean base. The overall impact is stronger and edgier, yet still carries the elegance and sophistication of a luxury spirits brand.
The Rooster. The Rooster serves as a secondary brandmark that relates to Cîroc's French provenance. One of the unique selling points of Cîroc Vodka is that it is distilled from fine French grapes grown in the Gaillac region. The liquid is then distilled five times using traditional copper pot stills at the historic Distillerie de Maison Villevert Chevanceaux in the South of France. The Gallic Rooster is an unofficial national symbol of France. When crafting the redesigned rooster icon, two important goals were 1) to bring more recognition to the grapes at the bottom portion of the icon and 2) to refine the look of the rooster to appear more stately and sophisticated.
