LODE is a comprehensive fashion platform that seamlessly connects brands with the next generation of consumers through immersive virtual boutiques. It offers unparalleled virtual shopping experiences that adapt to changing trends and seasons, featuring effortless navigation and augmented reality (AR) technology for virtual try-ons. This project's primary objective is to assess the usability and accessibility of the entire Lode application, considering perspectives from founders, competitors, users, and the technology team. Through thorough research, we aim to prioritize evidence-based findings that will drive actionable improvements for the platform.
Lode operates in an innovative space with new user interactions like AR and virtual try-ons. However, limited data and novel user interactions impede a comprehensive understanding of the app's performance and user behavior.
I led the team in conducting stakeholder workshops, competitive research, user testing, and a comprehensive app audit, resulting in the identification of the top 50 prioritized UX improvements.
