Dashboard.earth works with trusted local partners to crowdsource climate actions that are restorative for the people and places they serve.

Dashboard.earth team came to us with a challenge to make it easy for users to take climate actions within partner programs. Example: teaching and rewarding Residents for planting and caring for trees as part of the Tree People initiative.

I led the team through the entire design process from architecture, design, prototype, to testing and production for key features of a strategic pilot which helps to secure the next round of funding.

Collaborated with founder, product manager, and engineering team to bring personalization and moments of delight to the application experience.

Managed a robust flexible design system.
