I designed the brand identity for this project.

Misc Pcs. is a furniture brand built off the foundation of the Los Angeles-based architecture studio, Marshall Projects who designed notable Los Angeles restaurants Gjelina, Gjusta, Laurel Hardware and Ysabel, among others. They mix industrial and vintage aesthetics to create custom furniture and interior architecture for high-end restaurant and boutique hotel projects.

The identity borrows from the ideas of mathematical proportion and symmetry commonly found in classical art and architecture. Set against a contrasting backdrop of degraded materials and textures, the mark embodies the mixture of finished and reclaimed materials in the work of the architecture practice.
