Serendipitous Project

Serendipitous Project is a demi-fine jewelry company that specializes in creating made-to-order order jewelry. While they have a solid customer base, they are having trouble attracting new customers and are looking for a solution to help convert new and curious shoppers who come across their platform.

Our solution was to give consumers an in-store experience with a platform that acted as an employee of the company. Our new website would serve users helpful information, curated collections/suggestions, and efficient user flows so that customers can have a smooth shopping experience. In addition, we created multiple touch points throughout the website to help incentivize customers to convert it by integrating CRM technology onto the website, and we are hoping to also to reach customers even after they leave the website.
