Miracle-Gro: The Gro Project

Facing an aging customer base, Miracle-Gro needed to bring a new generation into the garden. The challenge was that younger people lacked the space and resources (aka big, suburban backyards) to grow in a traditional way.
So we created The Gro Project, a program that helped beginners go from green to green thumb. Creative inspired by WWII-era victory garden posters helped get the word out, driving to fun and easy projects people could grow with Miracle-Gro—from fishbowl terrariums to cocktail herb gardens to upcycled ukulele planters.
