Since 1999, Salesforce has led the effort in providing one of the best customer relationship management (CRM) systems in the world. Through its versatile cloud-based platform, Salesforce provides an essential array of services to many of the world’s largest critical businesses, governments, and organizations. As new services developed and additional softwares were acquired at high-speed intervals, Salesforce called for an integrated system to cater to its ongoing creation of assets. Through collaborative efforts, a series of use cases relating to typographic design, color systems, flexible illustration use cases, and responsive user interface modules came to fruition.
