Together with Disney Media Mentors we set out to tell a story that would inspire the next generation of dream markers. Create an online environment that would inspire confidence that both their voices and their experiences were needed and would be heard. The goal was to help each potential future mentee envision their future as an important player in the Disney universe, and to see that future as both a feasible and attainable goal.
