Release The Pressure (Virtual Health Interview Series) Featuring Tom Joyner

Reach Media, in conjunction with Tom Joyner and the American Medical Association partnered to bring our audiences a four-part virtual interview event series centered around the topic of health (30 mins per event).

The first two-part series in December 2020 hosted on The Rickey Smiley Show and Black America Web Facebook pages was Release The Pressure: a 2-part virtual interview series with Tom Joyner and the American Medical Association’s first female Black President, Patrice Harris, MD, MA, to discuss heart health and Tom’s health issues since retirement.

The second two-part series was a Release The Pressure Wellness Wednesday virtual interview series that premiered on 1/27/21 and 2/3/21 with three male panelists to discuss racism in healthcare.
