Identity for Change The Lens, a global initiative that aims to increase diversity, to encourage the industry to staff at least 15% of teams with Black talent (mirroring the population of the US and UK), and to ensure the representation of Black filmmakers within the commercial and music video film industry is reflected in the wider population. Designed with creative director Felix Huettel at the UTA Brand Studio.
