Every year, an army of volunteers across the US coordinates the registration, ordering and administration of AP exams. This involves a tremendous amount of paperwork, spreadsheets, teenager and parent wrangling, and the consequences of mistakes can impact a student's future.
I led the research and UX design of a new system to support and guide AP Exam Coordinators, teachers and students through the year-long process freeing up countless hours that would have been spent on administrative work to focus on studies and directly supporting students.
