Founded in Las Vegas, R&R Partners is an eight-office, 400-person, 45-year-old agency most notably recognized for the “What happens here, stays here,” campaign.

Upon joining the organization as their Design Director, it became apparent to me that after several prior attempts at rebranding, they were missing some key elements around guidelines and templates in order to effectively rollout their refresh. Working with my new team of talented designers, we refined the overall aesthetic and refreshed the majority of our internal and outward facing collateral across print, web, and social media.
