The Cobbler

Larry bought ‘Two Heels and a Loafer’ years ago to stay busy between shifts at his Fort Worth fire station. He’s been handling these machines since he was 18 years old - trained by his future father-in-law who still comes in a couple days a week. The store is a patchwork of its small business history - in the signs pinned to the wall, in the grit built up on the old machinery, in the dust of unclaimed shoes. Boots, loafers, and the occasional pair of high heels are given new life for a fair price. No bells, no whistles, just an old-world skill still going strong in a new world.
