"The Living Blade" Concept Illustrations

The concept design and illustration for the Living Blade was done in creative collaboration with the talented indie writer and director Leonard Lawson. We talked over designs and developed the look of the blade and hilt as well as characters in an iterative process working from sketches to finalized digital painting, concept drawings of characters, and sets for the proposed production.
