Think60 is a web platform that provides high-quality instruction designed for adult literacy learners. This project was the first initiative in the creation of their web-based platform.
The goal of this initiative was to digitize a pre-existing, analog, organization through the launch of an online platform.
Using stakeholder research, customer profiles, user stories, and product requirements were specified. Each user had different privileges, and each were fleshed out as in low-fidelity wireframes to clarify the vision of the interaction flow and UX design. Low-fidelity wireframes were then transitioned to the design (UI) and engineering to implement into the platform.
The platform needed to cater to four distinct audiences: super admin, program director, teacher, and student. Although each role had similar features, the depth of feature availability needed to be finessed for the nuances of each user.
