If you have ever visited a Trader Joe’s in Manhattan you are no stranger to the Black Friday style lines in the stores nearly all hours of the day.
We surveyed New Yorkers regarding their grocery store experiences throughout NYC and discovered various pain points and preferences. For this project we aimed to assist in solving one of many New Yorkers’ nightmares: The Grocery Store Experience. This conceptual write up was focused on creating a native mobile app for an express grocery store. Users order groceries via the mobile app and pick up at a locker they select.
