Agathos | HealthTech Mobile App

With a team of three, we redesigned a desktop interface to a mobile app for medical professionals to get personalized metrics on their treatment performance and see if patients they treated are being readmitted. We created a secure space for hospitalists and their managers to interact with medical peers, see how colleagues addressed similar issues, and gather insights about themselves and the wider team.

While it was a collaboration with research and low-fidelity designs, I drove the high-fidelity UI of the app, the project timeline and execution, and the final presentation back to the client.
