IP CALL CENTER

IP Call Center is an internationally operating company in Estonia, which provides customer service centers with service solutions. While most of the competitors in the same segment are moving towards service automation and customer departure, there are more types of SAAS. IP Call Center then wanted to create the opposite image that they would like to be partners in the client who are tailor-made to their needs and contribute to a sustainable relationship. On this basis, we also created a web solution that is completely opposite to the websites of all competitors by using specially designed illustrated animations, rather than image bank images and directing them to just contact, rather than subscribe to the service for a trial period.
