ICON UK sponsored by L'Oréal Paris

ICON UK is part of Michelle Phan’s lifestyle network called ICON. The channel features Danielle Peazer, SunbeamsJess, Kaushal Beauty and a host of popular social influencers. I was a self-shooting researcher for a year supporting the producer with everything from coming up with the look of the channel to developing content ideas.

Throughout my time on ICON UK, I developed my researching skills, shooting on C300's, product photography, BTS photography and scriptwriting. I was researching content around beauty, fitness and fashion trends, locations for shoots and sourcing props. The channel was sponsored by L’Oréal Paris. One of my highlights from working on this channel was the opportunity to attend the Cannes Film Festival 2015, to help film an interview with Cheryl Cole and Kaushal Beauty. Their interview was featured on the Daily Mail Online. Within a year the channel quickly gained 100K subscribers and I moved on to launch a new food & lifestyle YouTube channel called Wild Dish.
