Wild Dish

Wild Dish is a food and lifestyle YouTube channel that I worked on for a year. I worked closely alongside the producer to help launch the channel which was hosted by Gizzi Erskine and Madeleine Shaw. I edit produced and self-shot extra content for the channel which also included food photography and BTS footage for social media. I was responsible for researching content ideas, food trends and started relationships with kitchenware brands to help feature their products on the channel. I assisted in creating social media strategies for multiple platforms to help grow the channel. Since the channel launch in March 2016 it has gained 24K+ subscribers. The videos have also been hosted on The Telegraph online.
