Gymboree partnered with Fluid for a large-scale responsive platform redesign. Our goal was to make an energetic experience that communicates the value and style they are known for, while continuing to support how the user shops. As the sole UX designer on this project, I was responsible for the iterating on 20 different page templates that will be leveraged across their multiple brands, as well as an additional checkout flow. Although the work had to operate within the platform, there was an opportunity for additional customization that had to occur based on client needs. This project was a great opportunity to work collaboratively with a complex client with constantly evolving needs and requests. I was responsible for concepting and wireframing, as well as client presentations and requirements gathering. I also created the functional specifications document to go with the asset handoff to the third party developers
